Assessment Suite is the manager execution stack for Timetable Management, Exam Management, Academic Rules, Programs, Gradebook Config, Compile & Publish Results, Exam Ticket Settings, Promote / Graduate, ID Card Designer, and Event Certificates. Manager should enforce readiness sequence across these stages and only move work forward when prerequisites and ownership are clear.

1. Timetable Management: load timetable period -> review class/subject/time conflicts -> coordinate corrections with academic owners -> republish timetable -> verify visibility for impacted users.
2. Exam Management: review setup checklist -> confirm classes/subjects/papers attached -> assign pending setup owners -> close missing setup items -> lock readiness before marks window.
3. Academic Rules: open active rule set -> compare with approved policy -> flag conflicting configurations -> coordinate correction with admins -> confirm rules are stable before compile.
4. Programs: review current programs -> validate class-to-program mapping -> resolve missing or duplicate mappings -> retest filters in assessment/report pages -> confirm usage consistency.
5. Gradebook Config: check grade components and weight rules -> run sample validation -> identify incomplete configs -> coordinate owner fixes -> approve only when outputs are consistent.
6. Compile & Publish Results: run compile preview -> inspect missing marks/anomalies -> send correction tasks -> rerun compile validation -> allow publish after clean sign-off.
7. Exam Ticket Settings: verify required fields and constraints -> generate sample tickets -> confirm readability/accuracy -> release settings for bulk generation.
8. Promote / Graduate: confirm published results and eligibility -> review counts -> execute transition batch -> verify class/alumni assignments -> log completion evidence.
9. ID Card Designer: select template and field set -> preview multiple student types -> correct spacing/branding -> apply to selected scope -> verify print/export quality.
10. Event Certificates: choose event and recipient scope -> preview output -> generate batch -> verify generated files -> close issuance with confirmation record.
