Disciplinary Records is the case-monitoring module for discipline, performance, and related behavioral documentation in teacher scope. Teachers can list, filter, create, edit, view, update status, and remove entries according to route access and operational policy. This module should be used as a lifecycle record from issue capture through status closure, rather than as a one-time incident note.

1. Create disciplinary case and document incident stakeholders.
2. Set initial status and add follow-up notes/actions.
3. Transition case through lifecycle updates.
4. Close as resolved only when evidence is complete.
