Overview

Event Certificates (student/assessment/event_certificates.blade.php) exposes event-level certificate records and download actions where permission scope allows.

Some class-scope certificates may remain view-only while student-scope certificates are downloadable.

Workflow Execution Steps
  1. Open event certificates and choose event record.
  2. Preview certificate output.
  3. Download certificate where action is enabled.
  4. Verify generated output correctness.
